Our History

Pristine Process Solutions was founded in March of 2017, but its story dates back to 1980. That is when Kim Bright began his career as a Microbiologist in the processed meats and food ingredient industry. With a passion for high quality products and customer service he participated in several successful ventures culminating in business ownership at Diversitech, Inc and Executive Leadership at Chr Hansen Inc. after they acquired Diversitech in 1991.

Kim's son Lukas, raised in an entrepreneurial household, had a desire to someday own his own company. He developed a passion for stainless welding while in high school, graduated at the top of his class in post-high school training, and honed his craft with several years at industry leader A&B Process Systems.

In early 2017 they decided to use their combined experience to collaborate on a company providing great value and client satisfaction while leveraging Lukas' skill set, and Pristine Process Solutions LLC was formed. Their combined experience results in an organization that understands and respects their clients' need for the highest quality workmanship, the need for the highest productivity so they get the most from their project investment dollars, and that their projects finish on time and on budget.
